While living in Europe, I continue to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which I was born and raised. Pasta Hotline2020
Pasta Hotline was born out of Melbourne’s lockdown as an #isolationcreation project to teach people to make homemade pasta. Out of our share house, we livestreamed a pasta class each Thursday night over 10 weeks and spawned a dedicated community of pasta lovers, a strong and highly engaged social media following and media attention. What started as a living room idea has grown into a burgeoning side hustle that continues today with in-person classes and workshops. View a Pasta Hotline episode here.
